Our Experience

Our Staff and Consultants have:

• Developed community initiatives, local compacts, estate committees and TMOs across the country

• Carried out Tenant Empowerment Grant funded work in housing estates and neighbourhoods as a Housing Corporation approved agency

• Acted as Independent Tenants Advisor on over 90 projects covering in excess of 500,000 households 

• Supported residents in consultative groups to become constituted tenants’ associations and to nominate and elect RSL board members

• Provided training and good practice advice for residents’ groups, RSLs, Councils, Community Boards and the Chartered Institute of Housing

• Carried out Best Value reviews on behalf of Council’s and RSLs

• Reviewed tenant participation structures and procedures with Councils, RSLs and TMOs

• Co-ordinated research projects on behalf of landlords and voluntary bodies

• Organised surveys, ballots and Board Elections on behalf of local authorities, RSLs and TMOs
